Rental agreement the customer is liable for all costs, damages, expenses fees, penalties,
Attorney-at-law fee and special damage incurred by the customer smoking in the villa.
The Customer may be liable to pay to Crown Royal villa a sum constituting a deposit which
sum may be refunded on the expiration of this Agreement if there is no loss of property,
missing furniture, damage furniture or damage to villa, claim for damage pending, or
rental charges owing.
The Customer shall return the villa in the same condition as they received it, on the return date.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
To confirm your reservation a 25% deposit must be made. Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy. For cancellations 61 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy is needed, we will refund all deposits less a 10% cancellation fee.
A $500 damage deposit applies to each reservation. We will refund this promptly when you return home if no damage occurs during your stay.
